Zura Health Terms of Purchase
By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by Zura Health (“Company”), and you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the Company, subject to the following terms and conditions:
TERMS
Upon execution of this Agreement, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, the Company agrees to provide services in accordance with the Zura Health™ (“Program/Course”) .
The scope of services rendered by the Company pursuant to this contract shall be solely limited to those contained therein and/or provided for on Companies Websites zurahealth.co, and all courses offered inside https://zurahealth.kajabi.com as part of the Program.
Client agrees to be open, present and prepared to complete the work. Client is responsible for his/her own success, implementation and completion of objectives.
The content included in the Program is for your individual, non-commercial use. Client agrees not to share login details and/or Program materials with any third parties.
Company reserves the right to remove Client from Program at any time for any reason.
METHODOLOGY. Client agrees to be open minded to Company methods, educational frameworks and partake in services as proposed. Client understands that Company has made no guarantees as to the outcome of the Program.
DISCLAIMERS. By participating in the Program, Client acknowledges that the Company (Educators & Coaches) are not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, attorney, or financial advisor, and her services do not replace the care of other professionals. The information in this Program is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or professional advice.
The Company is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information or coaching provided.
The Company may provide Client with third-party recommendations for such services as supplements, products, business services, health, or other related services. Client agrees that these are only recommendations and the Company will not be held liable for the services provided by any third-party to the Client. The Company is not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences that may result, either directly or indirectly, from any information or services provided by a third-party.
Any testimonials or examples shown through Companies website are only examples of what may be possible for Client. There can be no assurance as to any particular outcome based on the use of Company’s programs, courses, and/or services. Client acknowledges that Company has not and does not make any representations as to a future outcome of any kind that may be derived as a result of use of Company’s website, programs, products or services.
RECORDING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF CALLS. Client acknowledges that group coaching sessions and/or group calls may be recorded. Client also acknowledges that the recordings may be redistributed and/or resold at a later date as part of a separate package sold by the Company.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is consistent with other postsecondary education providers.
If training is terminated after the student enrolls, the school may retain the registration fee of $100, the software and content licenses fee, plus a percentage of the total tuition as described in the following table:
One week from day of enrollment or up to 10%, whichever is less = 90% of tuition refunded
More than one week (or 10%), whichever is less, but less than 6.5 weeks (or 25%) = 75% of tuition refunded
Between 6.5 weeks (or 25%) and 13 weeks (or 50%) = 25% of tuition refunded
After 13 weeks (or 50%) = 0% of tuition refunded

PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
If Client selects a payment plan option, Client agrees to pay fees to the Company according to the payment schedule set forth on Companies website, or otherwise provided to Client, and the payment plan selected by Student (the “Fee”).
If Credit Card Authorization (if applicable for payment plan). Each Party hereto acknowledges that Company will charge the credit card chosen by the Client.
In the event Client fails to make any of the payments within a payment plan during the time prescribed, Company has the right to immediately disallow participation by Client until payment is paid in full, including disallowing access to modules, materials, and coaching calls. If Client has not paid within fourteen (14) days, Company has the right to terminate agreement.
ONLINE COMMERCE
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to provide full and accurate billing information upon request and will notify us immediately if the information provided to us has changed if you have purchased an ongoing service. If you agree you are responsible for all outstanding debts, collection costs and attorney’s fees upon default. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes or for the purpose of anticipating demand for a particular product or service. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.
CURRENCY
All sales are billed in United States Dollars (“USD”) as required by law. You agree that you are responsible for any international transaction fees.
